Easy Cancellations and Refunds – Enjoy Flexibility at the Best Pub in Pondicherry.

At Heist Night Life, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all our guests.

1. Reservation Cancellation

  • Cancellation by Guests:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the reservation time are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may contact us to reschedule your booking to another available date, subject to availability.

  • Cancellation by Heist Night Life:

    • In the rare event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues or an event beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as possible.

    • Guests will have the option to either reschedule the reservation or receive a full refund.

2. Event Booking Cancellation

  • Individual Event Cancellations:

    • For ticketed events, cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, tickets may be transferable to another person for the same event.

  • Event Cancellations by Heist Night Life:

    • If Heist Night Life cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified and offered the choice between a full refund or attending the rescheduled event, if applicable.

3. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Special Promotions or Offers: Reservations or purchases made under special promotions or discounted offers may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the terms and conditions of the offer before booking.

5. Modifications to Bookings

  • Modifications to reservations (including changes to the date, time, or number of guests) must be made at least 24 hours before the original booking time. We will accommodate your request based on availability.
